  Prior to coming to TrainSMART, I frequented my physical therapist with injuries from running and typically ended up feeling better but never had a long-term plan to prevent injuries in the future. When I came to TrainSMART, I was shocked by how quickly I felt stronger not only in my running but in my everyday activities. TrainSMART individualizes each client's program based on how you move, your injury/medical history and your current goals. The training staff (including a chiropractor and physical therapist) are extremely well-versed in movement and provide hands-on assistance to ensure you are safe, pain-free and getting the most out of every session. TrainSMART shows you how movement really IS medicine.
  
  TrainSMART also provides nutrition guidance by working one-on-one to make a nutrition plan that guide you to your goals while considering whatever life or work can throw at you. If there is anything that the TrainSMART staff can not help their clients with, they are always willing to reach out to their incredible network of physical therapists, trainers and doctors to find the answer or provide the care and education their client needs.
  
  I cannot believe how strong I feel after only a few weeks of training at TrainSMART. My running has only improved in both my form and performance and everyday activities are easier than ever before. I now know how to lift/set down everything from groceries to my nephew in a way that will protect my back and allow me continue doing the activities I love. I cannot wait to see where I can progress in training with the support and guidance of the TrainSMART staff.
