  Since the last time I been here this place has lost complete control of their customer service. I never heard "I'm sorry" so many times during a visit. Most customers left here sighing this morning. The cashier messed up my order because I "asked" could I make my order a combo??? She didnt even know. I ordered 2 sandwiches on 2 different types of Bagels. She ordered me 1 sandwich and 1 bagel and then they give me attitude because they messed up. The cook fixed my sandwich and left off ingredients and when I corrected her she said "Well it doesn't say eggs on the screen so". Wooooooow can you just correct my order??? I don't know what's worst the fact that they scream the whole time or waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich and a donut. They completely failed my morning and I won't be back here again. They're so confrontational it's unbelievable like everything the customers say need to be challenged. If I say "please add more cream???" The response should not be "Well I didn't make it" or "who gave you this???" And where are the hair nets??? I noticed the black girl had a hair net on but nobody else with their hair flopping all over the place. This the worst experience I've had at Tim Hortons and I go whenever I see one...
