  After more than one year of membership and many referrals to this gym, I have decided to cancel my membership. I will never bring my business to this place. James Abbey, the personal training director has no customer service skills whatsoever. I had a family plan and wanted to separate my membership from the other person. I asked him who I could speak to about this to which he replied "Let me get some info and I'll get you to a sales rep." Then proceeded to ask about my "spouse" without even asking for confirmation via Name. He stated she canceled and that was going to affect me. I went with it and asked him to explain to me in which way would it affect me if we didn't have a membership together and there wasn't a contract in place. He had no answer and began to treat me with hostility. Again I tried to bring back the conversation to my membership which he then in an angry way proceeded to ask why my wife canceled. I told him that was not the reason I approached him and that I handle my membership she takes care of her own. This guy slammed a pen turned his back on me and walked away. I asked him if he was not going to be helping me like he said he would and in a threatening way said "Your arguing with the wrong dude." He also stated he could do nothing for me after offering to help. I kept my calm and stayed polite as this unfolded. This happened Saturday the 17th and today I cancelled my membership. The manager apologized to me and said he is not under her staff or else he "Would of been gone a long time ago." I have filed a complaint with they're corporate although I don't think they'll do anything. I will take my business somewhere else and will never recommend this place to anyone. Equipment takes weeks to be fixed and the men's lockeroom that's a different story. Good luck if you join this gym hopefully your experience is not like mine.
