    Stay Clear Away!!!!!!

    After moving into the area of Buffalo, I replied to an ad placed by Paul Johnson for a rental property he had available. One of his associates showed me several properties in the area in the middle of remodeling. The work was half-decent but i tended to notice the quality if the work was sub-par.

    I did end up renting one of Paul's properties at the promise of it being slightly updated, as in new appliances. How sadly I was mistaken

    After months of leaky roofs, moldy smells, and sewage coming in from the basement pipes that have cracked. I called the code enforcement and health department

    I should have taken the time to search for reviews about him, as there are many poor reviews of him and his company.

    If iI was a home owner I would seek out someone else.
