  I lived here years ago and I'm positive I left a review.. Who knows what happened to it.
  
  I'd like to start by saying "go elsewhere." These people are total crooks. If you do decide to rent from them, don't expect to get your security deposit back. I had to take them to court to settle for half (even though I should've gotten it all,) because the judge was a douchebag.
  
  They take FOREVER to perform maintenance, if at all. My heating failed in the winter, and it took THREE days for them to replace it. I had to stay with relatives because I would've frozen to death.
  
  They kept increasing my rent each time I renewed my lease, until I decided $900 for a one bedroom apartment was too much, considering I had to pay for water, garbage, parking and all my utilities.
  
  They never plowed the driveway in the winter, so myself and many other tenants from the building would have to shovel out our lot to go to work in the morning.
  
  Jim Sweizy, you're an embarrassment. Your entire operation is nothing better than a large-scale slumlord scheme.
  
  Do yourself a favor and avoid these properties.
