    Avoid Buffalo Spine & Sport. The first time I went, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my appointment. Then when I finally saw the doctor, she was cold at best. I was recommended physical therapy. They weren't even in communication with them when I went to PT, so the therapist had to start from scratch. Essentially, I could have skipped spine and sport and gone right to therapy. Second appointment rolled around and I arrived at my 9:45 appointment time. They then turned me away because I had not been there 20 minutes early. No one informed me when I made the appointment that I needed to be there 20 minutes early. So despite being on time and informing them that I had to take off work and driving 30 minutes, they wouldn't see me. Why not just book someone for 9:25 if this was the case?!?!?
