  Delivery service team is very rude. I was informed that I was "F***** ridiculous" because I said it's rather inconvient that it is a cash only service. The delivery company proceeded to inform me that "70$ is a small amount of money and if I'm buying a couch I should be able to just go to an ATM and pull it out."... It's not even about the money or going to the ATM, it is the fact that this company felt it was okay to insult and yell at me because they do not have a credit card machine and I simply said it was a bit inconvenient.
  
  If your calls are recorded, I highly recommend going and listening to this conversation.
  
  The store itself was a fine experience but their delivery partners are rude, insulting and certainly should not be customer facing.
