  We got a dryer from there. So far it works good (we were able to lower the price, the lady welcomed us and explained everything) but later we figured customer service there sucks. First of all, it takes quite a while to get someone to get your order because they are busy with other customers. When we were there some lady was complaining about her purchase experience. We got the dryer on Friday and after we paid they said they would deliver on Tuesday... 5 days later? It's ridiculous... Anyways, on Tuesday they never called to deliver so we called and they said their truck supposedly broke down so they will deliver Wednesday. They never called and said they could not deliver, they could have atleast called and informed us. On Wednesday they called around 2pm and said they are on the way and we will be the first stop. We waited and no one was here. So we called again and they said they will delived in between 4pm and 8pm. It has happened before to one of our friends too. They need to do something with their delivery... It takes too long, they need to inform people if there is an issue and they need to be more specific of when exactly they will deliver. The delivery itself was smooth, two guys came in, set up the new dryer and took the old one fast.
