  DO NOT give your business to Tuxedo Junction! At the very least do not pay for your rental until you actually pick it up! This companies' "refund policy" is ludacris. Paid in full for a suit rental for a friends wedding in December of 2017, they were alerted by the local store the colors they had selected were discontinued in January of 2018 so the entire wedding rental was cancelled. Requested a full refund from them in January 2018 at the store, followed up through the website and via email as there is no phone number to reach a person, today (4/19/2018- over 3 MONTHS after cancelling) FINALLY received a refund check from the "main office" as no refunds can be given at a store level? Makes NO sense. They can take money but can't refund it. And didn't receive the FULL AMOUNT paid back in December. They deducted the $9 "stain and handling fee" from the total amount paid... when absolutely nothing was even ORDERED or "HANDLED" as the wedding isn't until the end of June 2018 and no one else in the party had even paid. Yes, it's only $9 but I just paid them $9 to hold onto over $100 of my money for over 3 MONTHS. This is unacceptable, although at this point let's see if the check even clears their account since it takes this long to issue "refunds". It's pretty clear they were not even going to send the refund if we wouldn't have kept checking on the status. Filing complaints to the Better Business Bureau and NY Attorney General.
