  found a bug in my food. called and spoke to a RUDE lady who argued with me for over 15 min. she refused to refund me unless i drove over 20 minutes to bring the food back. DON'T EAT HERE

  Not a good experience....
  1. They do not understand English, so maybe that explains the problem with not getting my order correct.
  2. They kept propping the outside door open so the 27F air was blowing in on me.... very very cold while I waited
  3. I asked for White Rice they said ok, but gave me re-fried .
  4. I said no silver ware only chop sticks, they gave me plastic ware and no chop sticks.
  5. I said no cookie and they gave me a cookie
  6. The food tasted ok, but the place looked very dark and dirty and I wasn't sure if the food was good, clean, etc.
  
  I only went because the one I usually go to was closed for spring break.
  
  Will I go again... I doubt it. Will I recommend others to go... no.
